Your saved data

Download your complete saved library, including used-up entries, permanent spool IDs, import fingerprints and the latest phone batch. Library filters do not limit this copy.

This private file is a data copy, not an automatic restore file. It excludes sign-in secrets, bridge credentials, local files, support emails and provider logs. Contact us for a wider privacy request or deletion.

Erase saved application data

Remove your saved library, physical spool details, import fingerprints and latest phone batch, and revoke the bridge key. This cannot be undone here. Download a data copy first, stop your bridge and close other app tabs.

Your sign-in account stays active. We retain the account reference, revision counters and next spool number to prevent stale saves and number reuse. Local files, phone snapshots, NFC tags, support emails and provider logs/backups are separate. Contact us for complete account removal or wider erasure requests.

Moving from the old app?

Open spool-studio.uk/app.html in Android Chrome and sign in.
Install Spool Studio from that address. An app installed from the old ChatGPT site cannot switch domains in place.
Keep the old app until your rolls have been migrated and checked. Then remove its old shortcut or uninstall it from Android App info.

Reinstalling does not move your old library or locally loaded 3MF files. NFC writing still needs Android Chrome, NFC enabled and a compatible tag. Check NFC setup.

What works on your phone?

Android Chrome: library, imports and barcode camera scanning, plus NFC writing with NFC enabled and a compatible tag.
iPhone / iPad: use your library and imports, and scan barcodes where camera access is available. This web app cannot write NFC tags on iOS. Installing it does not change that.
Desktop: organise your shelf, match 3MF projects and print labels. Open the saved programmer page on Android for NFC.

Barcode scanning asks for camera permission and has a typed-code fallback. Images are decoded on your device. Adding new filament · NFC prerequisites.
